Skived & Roller Burnished Tubes exhibit an inside surface roughness below 0.2 microns, with a maximum straightness deviation of 0.2 per 1000, also meeting DIN2391 H8 standards. Chrome Plated Rods boast chrome layers ranging from 10 to 100 microns, maintaining stringent tolerance levels according to ISO f7.
Rigorous Quality Control: Our in-house team of professional Quality Control experts meticulously inspects all products. Prior to delivery, we conduct Chemical Composition Tests, Mechanical Property Tests, Dimensional Inspections, Roughness Tests, Chrome Layer Tests, and any other necessary examinations.
Secure Packaging: To ensure product integrity, tubes and rods are coated with anti-rust oil before delivery. Additionally, plastic caps are placed on both ends to safeguard the interior surface of the tube. Finally, products are carefully packaged using seaworthy materials or placed in wooden cases for secure transportation.

Answer: As one of the largest hydraulic honed tube suppliers in the area, we stock a lot of different sizes and materials of mother tubes for honed tubes, so normally our delivery time is 15-25 days depends on the quantity and size.
